I had a wonderful first experience with Shannon. I really appreciate how she intently listened to what I wanted and needed done, both for my cut and color. She was thorough and did a fantastic job. She creates a warm and comfortable environment for her clients.
I love going to the hair loft. Shannon is a gem and has truly changed my world. I never in my life had a hairdresser that I trusted as much and continue going to on a regular basis. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair health, hair color, products, styling tools and everything in between. She is genuine, honest and pours her heart and soul into her work. She is super flexible with her schedule. Reasonably priced. And just all around awesome lady.
Shannon is not just a hair stylist, she's a hair doctor! She always takes top notch care of me and makes sure to educate me on what my hair needs to be its healthiest. Then, when I forget what she said and I come back 6 months later with a big mess she fixes everything. When she's done, my curls are in bouncy ringlets for months to come that girls are always asking if they can touch. Would recommend!
