Booked a move for move out day 9am. Paid my deposit got a confirmation but no follow up, no reminder, and when I call them to ask what the eta is, you just hear their after hours voicemail. They open at 8am, I’m calling at 9am. Not off to a comforting start. I will follow up to let you know how it went.

No Stars, extremely bad service please do not use... from customer service to delays, not answering calls, lost and damage boxes along with using third party or subcontractors to make the delivery. Our items were picked up on a Monday and kept in their warehouse facilities for 2 weeks prior to them using another company in Florida to make the delivery. Then the person who made the delivery was rude lack of help along with not setting up our furniture or TV. Trying to rush & sign forms of delivery without having enough time to check inventory which windup with missing $1K Bose stereo system and other unreplaceable china & glassware. We file insurance claim back in July & no word or monies. I truly truly Regret it & thousands of dollars lost....

Hired these guys yesterday after another company cancelled on me last minute. The fact they took the job on short notice and the lady who helped me set up the move is the only reason I won't give them 1 star. First the team was nearly 40 minutes late from the scheduled start time. The move seemed to go well but I've noticed many dings on my walls and items and they left several items behind that I told the team to take. The team worked for only an hour and a half and then told me they were done and it was a 2 hour minimum charge. I wasn't told this until after the job was done.
