I hired Dan Yates maybe 12 years ago to consult on what turned out to be a pretty big mold issue in my mom's house. He was a real pro and did a great job for us then.. About six months ago, I referred him to my brother, who was also very happy with his services. TODAY, I called him again about another mold issue and he was FANTASTICALLY HELPFUL. He spent upwards of 20 minutes or 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the situation, looking at photos, looking at a mold report from a mail in mold test we did, and detailing what we needed to do on this.
