So far Terminix has been good to work with. Matthew did the preliminary assessment and gave me a detailed (broken down) estimate of his recommendations, but in no way pressured me to agree to any or all. I was able to pick the services to meet my immediate needs and postpone others to a later date as my budget/needs allow. Kevin was the technician who came out and sealed the outside of my house to keep the rodents out of my garage and attic. He also placed traps in the attic and said to call if we smelled or heard activity. Otherwise, they will be out in a week to check them and sanitize the attic. Roy Cantrelle, Came by our home and give us some tricks to help with Rats!! He was super and very personable! He worked with my schedule that was super great for us. I would totally recommend him for anyone!! Super nice guy!

My service tech Chris does a great job & whenever I need additional assistance he always comes through & in a timely manner. He also doesn’t make me feel like I am bothering him, he always seems happy to help me & I really appreciate that!
