A few years back, we had fire ants getting into the contactor, and our unit stopped working. Temperature Pro had a technician out immediately to get it fixed. Fast forward to this brutal summer. Our a/c unit stopped working, and I called them to come out and diagnose the unit. They came out immediately and went through the steps, checking over everything to find out what might have caused the unit to stop working. Unfortunately, it ended up being the compressor this time, not as simple as replacing a contactor. Nevertheless, they were able to pick up a new compressor and schedule the repair promptly. The technician had it up and running in a couple of hours. Their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I stood there and talked with the tech for a bit while he was replacing the compressor.
