Dr.Gavin is phenomenal. I could not recommend him more. I had severe dental anxiety and absolutely put off going to the dentist for almost 5 years just due to the fact that I was absolutely terrified. Doctor Gavin helped me through my anxiety and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. He not only made sure that I was not in any pain, but that my experience was enjoyable and pleasant. I will never be able to thank him enough for healing my dental anxiety due to horrific experiences in the past. He has totally changed my outlook on dental work and or visits and I will be a lifelong client of his. I could not recommend him more.
I recently went to the location at 2605 Aldrich Street. The entire staff was kind and very knowledgeable about their services and products. The dentist (I’ve forgotten her name) was fantastic. She took the time to sit with me, answer all of my questions, and develop a personalized plan to reach my cosmetic goals. I’m a travel nurse and am honestly considering flying back to Austin for my next dentist appointment because of just how much I was impressed by this staff! My only complaint is that you’re not automatically scheduled for a cleaning when you schedule your exam. I did have to make a separate appointment and return a week later.
