Shirley is AMAZING. She goes above & beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable & gets what they need - whether it be physically or mentally. Looking forward to continue coming on a weekly basis!

Wonderful local studio. Fantastic variety of classes. They even offer a chair yoga class. It's so clean and inviting. They provide a real sense of community. I couldn't be happier with all that this studio offers. The 3 owners also teach at the studio and each have phenomenal skills and offer their own unique style to the classes. Oh yeah they also offer online classes !!

Great studio and instructors! Love that there are so many options for Hatha/Yin so you can really get in some of that deep stretching. As a new mom, the mommy/baby class on Saturday mornings with Shirley is a cherry on top :) Space is absolutely beautiful and calming.
