I like the people, love the stretch, could never do this for myself, can’t believe how excellent it feels, love the Stretch Lab space, love love love the art, and I really appreciate my trainer Cat. This is my favorite StretchLab location in Austin. It feels warm and friendly without needing to be easily viewed by the public walking by.
All the flexologists are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a bit picky because I am a licensed bodyworker (going on 28 years). As I got to know Najeeb, I find him to be a great fit for my flexibility needs and I’ve been seeing him weekly for several years now. I highly recommended him!

I love this location - parking is easy and it’s right next door to my spin studio AND Cava, so I can easily just go door to door for a few hours. The studio itself is very clean and well maintained. I always seem to forget my hair tie and they have a supply in the restroom. It gets loud when there are more than 3 clients in at a time so I am intentional with my bookings to ensure my nervous system can maintain. Alex is my therapist and he’s just the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
