I am writing to inform you that I will not be conducting any further business with your company following my recent experience. I ordered a set of tank grips for my new bike (brand: Tech Spec). After carefully following the provided instructions to apply the tank grips, I noticed that the adhesive on the right side bottom grip began to peel off the very next day.

I contacted your customer service department for assistance. Unfortunately, I was informed that there was nothing that could be done to address the issue, and I was not provided with any contact information for Tech Spec to resolve the problem directly.
