The service is often described as prompt and attentive, contributing to a relaxing experience. However, some visitors have noted minor timing issues during their appointments, which slightly affected their overall experience. Despite this, the quality of the treatments, like the excellent myoabdominal massage with Belinda, is highly appreciated, showcasing the skill and intuition of the therapists. The spa atmosphere is generally relaxing, though some guests have suggested improvements to the lighting for an even more calming environment.
