Went there for a deep tissue massage to address a lingering neck issue, and ended up getting the best massage of my life!!! Thip was my massage therapist, and she was incredible. She paid special attention to the areas that were bothering me, and I left feeling amazing. Such a great experience! Wish I was local so I could go to Thip on a regular basis. Highly recommend her!

We visited the Spa at JW Marriott for a mother-daughter weekend and it was perfection. Toni and Arielle at the front desk were so welcoming and made our visit feel extra special from the start.
A huge shout-out to my therapist, Rueben—his technique was truly phenomenal. It was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a luxury escape in Austin, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

I have not had a massage in years. Arielle and Toni at the desk made the experience approachable and explained all of their amazing offerings in detail. The amenities at the spa are top notch! The wall/ceiling shower in the locker room was amazing. Then came the divine massage by Thip. The deep tissue massage was so relaxing I never wanted to leave. I will definitely be back as this is the best spa in Austin!
