I can't thank Southwest Vet enough for their incredible help on Monday morning. My dog was experiencing a terrifying bowel obstruction emergency, and they were willing to change their schedules and find a spot for him. From the moment I called, their staff was compassionate and efficient. They got us in immediately, and the veterinary team was absolutely fantastic.
They explained the treatment options clearly, and provided top-notch care to my furry kid. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were reassuring and supportive, which made a stressful situation so much more bearable. Southwest Vet has been taking care of our kitty for several years. Essie was a ferrell calico we adopted and she can really be a handful around new people or strange places. The whole staff is always kind, prepared and ready to deal with her "attitude" every time I bring her in. They do great work and are always kind and helpful and try their best to make sure the visit is smooth and pleasant!! two thumbs up for this awesome clinic!
One of my dogs needed a nail trim, like now ? so I texted Southwest Vet around 11am to see if they could do it the afternoon. They were so kind and prompt to squeeze us in. They really go out of their way to help in any matter. Thank you to all of them ??
