Our entire family has used South Oaks Family Medicine for 20 years now, and we couldn't be happier with the practice, the staff, and Dr. Cox. We are seen promptly, and we always feel heard and well taken care of. Dr. Cox is an excellent diagnostician who keeps up-to-date with the ever-changing medical landscape. His nurse Sally is kind and efficient, and the in-house lab (CPL) makes getting routine tests easy. We've never had a bad experience at SOFM.

I’ve been going here since it opened and I have been in Austin for 38 years . If you want quick intelligent professionals with sincere care , well this is the place . It feels like true personal care not a appointment only and Dr Russell: is the best approaching 2 decades of visiting even when I moved a considerable distance . Saw Dr. Russell for the first time today. He was on time, friendly, thorough, and was obviously extremely intelligent. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand what the plan should be. It’s rare to find service like this in any industry, especially the medical field.
