The class itself is great but intensive. Pacing can be all over the place between instructors so it can feel frustrating where you feel like you can keep up with some classes but in others you’re struggling to keep up. For a class that’s based on counting seconds, it’s wild how inconsistent counts are and 10 seconds of a rep can feel like 20 or only 5. Worst part is how unfriendly they are to ClassPass members. Why bother the partnership if you’re going to gatekeep session slots and block ClassPass members from being able to sign up? I only ever see one time slot available every other day signing up through ClassPass.

Can't say enough good things about this studio and its coaches - I'm approaching 50 classes and I've never had a single bad experience. Don't hesitate, it's a fantastic workout with motivating people who care about your experience.
