My wife had been to several doctors in the austin area and decided to have surgery with dr. Neyman and it was the best decision. She is the most professional and attentive doctor we’ve had. All the nurses at the practice and hospital she utilizes are friendly and informative. Dr. Neyman made the entire procedure smooth and worry free. That was really comforting due to past medical trauma with other providers. Highly recommend her practice especially if you suffer from endo.
I am sharing this post from a very sad and disheartened place. I’ve been a loyal patient for over 15 years. I saw Brittany her former PA for most of my visits. I used to absolutely love this doctor and wouldn't consider a change despite how many moves I made that put me farther and farther away from the office.
However, things are not the same anymore. I have been experiencing a very frustrating experience/situation over the last few months/year and very specifically this week. I decided to look at the reviews to see if it was just bad luck with me. Sadly, it’s not the case.

Trying to get into contact with people at this office is impossible, I've called multiple different times and have been on hold for 30 minutes to an hour each time before I've given up and decided it's not worth my time. I called on multiple different days at multiple different times and it doesnt change the results. No one answers. It's a shame cause Dr Neyman is great but I can't even make appointments online cause that option was removed and you can't make appointments on phone calls cause no one answers the phones.
