Management is awesome. My schedule is set and I know it for the next 2 months. They help answer any questions about my post as well as I can call them anytime of the day or night and they answer me. My Field supervisor visits or calls me every shift im working to assure everything is ok as well as the dispatcher calls me several times a night to make sure im ok and if they can help me with anything. both of the managers answer my calls and have helped me with getting information to continue moving forward with my security career by helping me get signed up for different training courses and helping me learn the classes i am taking online for my level 3 license. Great place to work lots of sites to choose from and continues to grow. Management works extremely hard to make sure all security sites are covered and takes care of officers by making sure all are properly trained.
