Where to begin! I can’t recommend Julia & Second Home Boarding enough. My young dog Tulip has always been a mixed bag of confusing emotions near other dogs (crying, whining, barking, shaking, pulling) - after one-on-one consultation and a 6 week board & train program that did not better her reactions, I was resigned to her being a dog who sadly could not play with other dogs. I expressed this to Julia & was completely shocked to receive photos & videos of Tulip playing with Julia’s own dog the next day, as well as daily media of them playing, resting & even walking together on leash the remainder of her stay (& with the biggest, content smiles). It was so encouraging, & meant so much to my family to see her thrive in this way. Julia truly understood Tulip’s personality & needs more than anyone else I’ve entrusted her with. I’ve never boarded her & felt confident she was being taken care of the same way I would care for her, until finding Second Home. ❤️🐶
LOVE this place! Julia is amazing. She kept such good care of our Kase and he was treated like royalty. We loved getting the daily photos/videos/updates to see the highlights of his days while we were gone.
