Roxy is very professional. She gives tips about how to improve the health of your locs! She does not overbook. When you are in her chair, you are her focus. She takes pride in knowing your locs look good!
The best customer service I have ever experienced at a hair salon! She focuses on the client (she does not attend to other clients during your appointment, she does not take endless phone calls during your appointment) she is fully focused on doing your hair!
