Roxy is very professional. She gives tips about how to improve the health of your locs! She does not overbook. When you are in her chair, you are her focus. She takes pride in knowing your locs look good!
The best customer service I have ever experienced at a hair salon! She focuses on the client (she does not attend to other clients during your appointment, she does not take endless phone calls during your appointment) she is fully focused on doing your hair! She gives you 100% of her time during your appointment.She uses a recliner chair for her clients, so when she is working on the front or side of your head, your neck and back are supported.If you want your sister locs done right, go to Roxy’s Loc Lash N Brow BarYour locs, grid, and edges are gonna look immaculate!
I’ve been going to Roxy for over a year she’s truly Austin’s best kept secret. A true professional with a great personality. My Locs are long and healthy as a result of her upkeep. If you’re looking for a REAL loctician look no further she’s hands down one of the best to ever do it.
