Had a great experience from beginning to end with this company. When I reached out Jake was able to come by and make a full assessment of the roof. Jake explained all my options and the fine details of each one. They also helped me get the project through the HOA process. Once the project started it went by fast they brought an entire crew with them, they started at 7am and were done by 1pm. The entire time Corbin was on site and overseeing the entire project while keeping me in the loop with live pictures. Very happy with the work and the professionalism. Highly recommend.

I was in the market to find a roofer. I did not end up choosing RoofsOnly to install a new roof for me but I'm still willing to give them a five-star rating, and here is why: transparency. Their proposal is incredibly detailed with line items for each part that will be used with quantity and price. They have a process in place for the installation and protection of the property. Their price is competitive too. The reason I didn't choose them is because I have been working with the other roofer for a while.
