We contacted RoofCrafters after the big hail storm this past Spring in Central Texas. Our insurance company told us our 1 year old roof and gutters were completely damaged and needed to be replaced. We had Al come out to give us an estimate and he came out immediately and even did some remediation to the damaged roof to temporarily stop any leaks until they could get the material ordered and scheduled. Al did a tremendous job keeping us updated throughout the process and even worked directly with our insurance claims representative. Ronnie then did a great job coordinating schedules and timelines for the roof install. Once the install took place, the workers showed up on-time, were very polite, and did a tremendous job cleaning up after themselves which is a big deal with dogs and sharp nails/pieces/etc. I am hoping I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely use RoofCrafters again and will mention them to all of our neighbors!
