I cannot possibly say how much we appreciate the entire staff at Rise + Shine Orthodontics! Everyone is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. We have grown to love the staff starting from the welcome message board on my daughter's first visit, to the rewards, games, snacks/treats, and warmth the elite team enthusiastically shares with us. Thank you all for being an excellent example of personalized customer service. My daughter, Elizabeth, is so happy to be in her Phase 1 braces! I mistakenly took her older brother, Ethan, to a large chain dental office for his orthodontic treatment (Aspen). We were treated like a number on a chart, we were over billed, had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone on the phone, and we left feeling highly disrespected regularly. My daughter has being coming to Rise + Smile for about 2 yrs or more already, she never get tried bored coming to this Appointment. The staff makes her feels positive about her self. 🥰😃
