I walked in today to pick up my the dry cleaning my wife had dropped off earlier this week and was met with the best customer service. I think she said her name was Kim but I could be wrong, she was younger and short hair. I could tell they were busy and she was working HARD but when I came in the door she quickly came from the back and greeted me. She was very polite, pleasant and even had me laughing. It was short and sweet because two more people had walked in but she made sure to make it memorable. I don't pick up dry cleaning for my wife often but definitely the best experience I've had walking into this store. She's a gem, definitely a keeper.

I’ve been going there a while and they’ve been okay but one of my nice pearl snap shirts came back with a large rip out of it so I guess I need to find a new place.
Update: Management reached out to me after seeing my post and encouraged me to file a claim. The claim was accepted and they fully reimbursed me for the shirt. I appreciate them making this right.

The clothes were supposed to be ready Saturday but weren’t ready until Tuesday. Picking up the clothes was a hassle as they track orders by cell phone number and were insistent they didn’t have my number on file, despite having sent me multiple text messages.
