I like Ashlee's (Manager) professionalism. She is always warmly welcoming you and has a perfect sense of customer service. She is also very detail oriented and she has everything under control. The wellness rep Craig is super nice too, very knowledgeable, same as Taylor the nurse. The place is super clean, very well organized with all what you need and the team really takes care of you. Scheduling with the app is so easy, or you can call. I do infrared-sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, compression and/or IV according to what I need. This place is wonderful! Everyone is great! I’ve worked with Dominique, Ceecee, Emily, and Madi and they are all wonderful!! I’ve worked closely with Madi for local cryo facials and red-light and she always goes above and beyond! Thank you to all the staff that makes coming here so enjoyable!
The customer service at this place is hard to beat! I used to go to the gateway location but the south Lamar location management is HARD TO BEAT! Ashlee is so welcome and personable. The head nurse Taylor is so knowledgeable and kind. The wellness rep Craig is a smiling face when you walk in and is great company when you are terrified of needles. Couldn’t recommend this place more! I got an IV from Taylor today and it was a 10/10!!
