Companies are more than just the work they provide. Companies are the interpersonal relationships that they form with their customers. I spoke to Rebecca with Atlas in reference to a VERY large job. I know absolutely nothing about roofs. She came out today and advised us that we have another 3-4 years of life on the roof. She could have quoted us 10’s of thousands of dollars and we would have had to file an insurance claim and pay for the work to be done.
