Justine was great and very informative... answered all my questions and more. But the 2 at reception... horrible customer service. Both sat low and behind their computers... didn't acknowledge me until I walked up and said I was here for an appointment... even then, both were reluctant to look up as if hoping the other would answer. No "hello, welcome..." I was leaning towards a 1 star but Justine really made up for it. Though I won't be back with those 2 upfront. If you chose to go, ask for Justine... she really was great!

I've been to 3 different cares in Austin and so far Wilson was the only one who was able to see my eyes differently. I had issues with my right eye for 7 years and I really thank him for taking time to analyze it.
Edit: Kelly Zhu was super helpful as well! 100% Recommend.
Two down star though, my lens cost has gone up quite a bit compare to my other lens provider. $145 per box at Resolution, where other competitor on same product was $130. Special lens fitting was $120, where other competitor charges $60.

This review is for Orion in Resolution Eyecare. I just got my pair of glasses with complicate configurations (distance + reading + UV protection), which works wonderfully now, only after many extra steps Orion has taken for me. His patience and professionalism have impressed me, and he deserves the best rating in this industry!
