During the summer, a college student came knocking on the door and I signed up to the service. So far I have been happy. With the first service, the cockroaches didn't disappear so I called them and they came back (for free) after I sent them picture of the cockroach. They said different cockroach requires different treatments. They have been coming regularly and it has been effective.I had horrible experience with white knights pest control, but I have been happy with Reliant.

Was slightly worried my introduction to pest companies was going to be bad reading some of the reviews. It has been the complete opposite. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Every single technician has been enthusiastic about his/her job and very knowledgeable. They have extensive knowledge about every single type of pest there is and help inform me if I have any questions. Customer service shocked me when I call on the weekend when they were closed. I didn’t leave any messages and they called me on Monday to see if I needed help with anything! All around a good experience for myself so far and will keep using them.Service: General pest inspection

Today we had our regular pest-control service. Alexis was our service technician and she went above and beyond our expectations. We were overdue for an interior service. Not only did she treat the inside of the home, but she identified a couple of areas where the house isn't properly sealed. Further, she took the time to explain the product and what is does, and she was very friendly and genuine.
