If I could give negative stars I would. I called to make an appointment and I did it in Spanish so we fully understood each other. No problem. The lady was off center from the beginning, she said she wanted me to confirm but she had not even given me a time to confirm so I explained to her that I need a time before I could confirm the appointment- basic stuff. We settled on Saturday at 10am. Then she proceeds to ask me if I could call her on FRI to confirm the appointment. I honestly wondered why she thought I needed to call her. As I am the client, she should be the one confirming if she needs to confirm. Seriously. I called on FRI and left a vm confirming the appointment....read full review

I love Lucy’s job. She is very professional and so sweet. I’m glad to decided get my new color at this salon. I recommend it, service 100% garantized. This place has a peaceful atmosphere. Very clean.Service: Hairstyling

Radiante is my favorite beauty salon In Austin. Luz always try to give you the best service. And she’s pretty good for blond colors. Carolina is also such good girl. She does lashes and she’s the best for that.
