Nothing is worse than waking up to find that your air conditioner/heater unit died overnight leaving the house at 90 degrees plus. Thankfully Radiant Air Conditioning was available, same day, to save our sanity. We met with Don first to figure out the best solution to repair our 10 year old unit expeditiously. It was decided that it was best to just replace everything or else end up needing to replace the whole unit within months most likely. Don called in Bryan to go over all the options and help us decide what units we needed. Tech that made the call for our plumbing repair was above excellent. Very professional wire covers on his shoes, Cleaned up after he was done. Didnt even know he worked in the bathroom.
Radiant takes pride in their work and their regular yearly maintenance keeps your purchases/appliances in tip top condition. I have thus far had Radiant replace my air conditioning and hot water heater and I am so pleased with both. Radiant Customer Service is excellent, just a phone call away and scheduling your appointment is simple and very accommodating.
