Nothing is worse than waking up to find that your air conditioner/heater unit died overnight leaving the house at 90 degrees plus. Thankfully Radiant Air Conditioning was available, same day, to save our sanity. We met with Don first to figure out the best solution to repair our 10 year old unit expeditiously. It was decided that it was best to just replace everything or else end up needing to replace the whole unit within months most likely. Don called in Bryan to go over all the options and help us decide what units we needed. Such fantastic information made it obvious that we were in good hands and picked a very affordable replacement unit. Next step, Terrell and Pablo, installation technicians, were sent to pick up the new unit and complete the install. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful and made sure that we knew exactly what was being installed. After 7 hours the guys managed to replace the unit in the attic and the fan in the yard. A new Ecobee thermostat was also installed. We can't thank these technicians enough for guiding us along the way and being just great people in general. We will definitely refer any of our friends or neighbors to Radiant if they need help with their air conditioner/heater units.
