I can’t say enough good things about this place. My loupe (which I rely on heavily for work) had a loose part and wasn’t functioning properly. I brought it in expecting to pay for the repair, but they fixed it, no questions asked, no hassle.
The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely kind. They clearly take pride in their work and in helping people, even when there’s no charge involved. It’s rare to find that level of honesty and generosity these days.
If you need glasses, contacts or any optical repair, this is the place to go. Highly recommend—thank you again for the amazing service!
