We had a problem with our gutter covers after they installed a new roof. Almost two years later we discovered the problem, called Quality, and within a couple of days had an inspector come check it, and the next day a crew came and fixed all of the covers. Now THAT'S what all companies should strive to do! When they say "guarantee" they mean it.
Sawn Hannusch stopped by while working on my neighbors roof and gave me an inspection and was thorough, honest and really great to deal with. Highly recommend. Luckily my roof is new enough that the recent storm didn’t do much damage. Thanks Shawn!
I cannot say enough good things about Ryan Green with Quality Exteriors Roofing. Another company had looked at our roof and said we needed to file with our insurance company to get an all new roof even though it is a quality roof with minor hail damage. Ryan looked at it and said it only needed minor repairs. The price was affordable and he was very responsive. It’s rare that I would say I would recommend a company to my friends and feel confident they would take care of it, but this is the case here.
