I went to my first Pure Pilates class with ClassPass and enjoyed my experience! It's definitely more of a lagree-style class with the megaformer as opposed to the typical pilates reformer but I enjoy both styles so this wasn't an issue for me. Class: I really liked the instructor! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to form corrections. The class felt very quick but we covered quite a bit of exercises even though we only had 45 minutes. If you're a beginner I would suggest asking for a rundown of the machine and general exercises prior to the start of class. Studio: The space is very bright and has a good amount of mirrors so you can easily check your form. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your stuff. Parking: There's a parking garage attached to the building that's free for three hours.
Bri’s classes 5:30 Mondays and Wednesdays are the best!!! Bri is such an enthusiastic instructor. She makes us work hard, but has such a great humor about it that it makes the class go by quickly! Her cues are simple and effective and helps you get the most out of a move. I’ve been to other Pilates classes at other gyms, but Bri’s is my favorite!
Took my first class today after YEARS of not going and was instantly reminded of what an intense workout in such a short amount of time it is!You don't think the little movements make a difference but you WILL be shaking halfway through the class!
