My apartment has a privacy lock which means there is a plate over the lock. I called Pros on call - Austin and Ahmed came out. Ahmed called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes and was there early. I thought he would have to drill to the plate to get in but Ahmed was able to get me in quickly and without drilling. I can send the new lock back to Amazon. Ahmed was Ahsome (see what I did there) He was supper nice, supper fast and I highly recommend Pros on Call - Austin!!

UPDATE: After two days of no shows, AK (the supervisor) gave me a call on Thursday evening at 8pm. He said he was unaware of what was happening and just found out. The dispatch guy who spoke to me that morning said he had escalated my call to the supervisor. Either way, I am thankful it finally got to him and contacted me. He was very nice and said someone would be out the next day for sure. Cue came Friday afternoon and did some repairs. He was kind as well, and seemed to know what he was doing. I am glad to have my garage door working properly again. It was super frustrating to get someone on the line and to show up, but once they did, the job was completed. Thank you I do NOT recommend- they don't appreciate the business. Take yours elsewhere. We originally contacted this company to repair our garage system in September 2023. It is now May 2024 and we have been having issues for weeks now. I reached out the company days ago and scheduled for someone to come Tuesday between 9-11am. Someone from the office called at 11:15 asking if the repairman had shown up. I told him no which then he replied with "oh, well there was an accident so he won't be coming". I thought this was pretty comical as the only other time we used them back in September, we were told there was an accident when the guy didn't show up that day either. I'm unsure if this is just their go to excuse, or if everyone there is a walking hazard. Anyway, they rescheduled for 4pm later that day, again no show and no call from anyone. I reached out multiple times and left voicemails that night. Wednesday comes and goes with myself reaching out multiple times and STILL NO response. This company has been horrible to deal with and clearly doesn't have time for any more on their plate. They also could have potentially sold and installed a defective product and won't come look at it now as it is within the warranty time. Pretty sketchy in my opinion. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else.

I called the office regarding a broken garage door. The repair man, David, promptly returned my call. He was polite and professional. He showed at the time he promised and immediately found the problem. Thank you, Pros on Call, for such high quality and professional work!!
