Loved Dr. Zagrodsky and his assistant—A+ doctors. Some of the staff interactions weren’t as smooth. I was told to go to any CPL location for lab work, but when I arrived, they had no record of my info. When I called Premier Family, I was told, “That’s why we ask for the fax number for the location you’re going to,” which caught me off guard since I didn’t know that was needed. Jumping through hoops to get a needle in my arm is unpleasant lol.
Always have great experience there especially at 8am. Dr. Postlewaite takes enough time to find out your concerns and has a vested interest in your health. Super friendly and is so refreshing to have his approach to medicine. Very relatable and understands your concerns.
I normally go to the Bee Cave location, and have had a great experience. I came to Westlake because of schedule for a sinus infection. When I walked in i was handed a mask, BUT I was told by the office admin to go back out to my car to complete paperwork, as I was sick. Why have me wait out in my car if you are giving me a mask? I complete the paperwork and return to check in, and then am told I must return to outside the office to wait for a nurse call to come in. None of this was communicated before my visit, or when I returned inside. I understand if you have an OFFICE POLICY, but make it known to your patients/customers beforehand.
