John was outstanding. He analyzed the problem and made every possible attempt to resolve the situation accurately and expeditiously. My toilet was a Briggs and Stratton circa: 1998 with a tank retrofitted by the manufacturer from 3.0 gpf to 1.6 gpf (due to the law change). To accomplish this, B&S inserted an inner tub made of plastic with a proprietary FluidMaster component trademarked as Vacuuity Flush.This unit was installed as original equipment when we purchased our home new in 1999. Pipe Down had great communication. The technician was available to come an hour earlier than expected and the office called to confirm if that was ok. Larry was the technician that came out to my house. Larry was very kind and knowledgeable, he provided me with a lot of useful information and great service. Thank you, Larry!

This company was dispatched for us on a warranty call and Larry was awesome. He discovered the issue the first plumbing technician diagnosed was incorrect and addressed the issue. He went above and beyond explaining some other things we could do to get good longevity out of our softener and water heaters. Appreciate this company and Larry’s great!
