I sent an email with a tattoo idea and the staff got back to me within the hour. When I went in for the consultation, Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me some suggestions to improve the design but overall, he wanted to make sure that I was happy with it. He answered all of my questions and then asked if I would like to get the tattoo right then since they had an open slot. Jeremy chatted with me as he worked on the tattoo, and all of the staff were very friendly. In addition, I found the cost to be very reasonable for the top-level service that you receive. I had a great experience and definitely recommend them!

This place is absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. Mondo is amazing, he took the time to explain every step of the tattoo removal process in detail, making sure I understood exactly what to expect. Mondo is very kind and great at his job! He made the process of removing my tattoos seem like a walk in the park. They are fading really well! Everyone At the shop is very kind!! I definitely recommend coming here if you need any tattoos removed!!
