After a thorough examine, Bobby developed specific exercises and a pain management program using dry needling and massage to build muscle and reduce inflammation. I'm happy to report that I'm back to running and participating in the activities I love! I continue to do my exercises and am extremely satisfied with Bobby's personal care and positive results!“

“I started seeing Steve in 2020 when I strained a pec muscle and it wasn't healing up on its own. His analysis was thorough to target exactly the root of the issue and he was able to fix me up in only a few sessions!I found myself injured again in the summer of 2022 and knew I had to reach out to Steve ASAP. This time, I was having back spasms and luckily he had a cancellation that week so he was able to squeeze me in. He, again, was very thorough with his analysis and helped me recover in about a months time.Steve takes his time with his patients and is very methodical in his approach. I recommend him to any of my friends who want to see a PT because he is the best!“

7756 Northcross Dr #100, Austin“Dr. Jessica is incredible. I found my way to her after a repeated back injury. As a person with cerebral palsy who spent years in physical therapy as a child, I was terrified to see another PT and was worried that I wouldn't be heard or that my limits and my body wouldn't be respected. Dr. Jessica (and her receptionist!) listened to my concerns and my history with kindness and compassion. I felt safe walking into the office. Walking out of my first appointment, I felt so much relief.Dr. Jessica works to make sure her clients feel a connection between their brains and their bodies. With her help, I'm learning to trust myself. I can confidently say that that I feel empowered to care for my physical body for the first time in my life because I have the right supports in place. I am so grateful.“
