Our school uses photo Texas photography and they have always been so wonderful! Recently I made an error in my orders for my kids and I emailed back and forth with Chrystal Maltass and she was super helpful! Not only did she fix my problem but she was kind, quick to respond and very generous. We appreciate photo Texas photography and their staff so much!
They need to try just a little bit harder, especially for the photos they do for schools. Really basic stuff like just take a second and let my 5th grader know that their belly is showing and their shirt is accidentally hiked up. They seem to just churn the kids through like a factory. I wish I could get away with that kind of thing at my job.
I got my son’s pictures and I not my daughters. I reached out to them weeks after and they are printing and sending to me no questions asked! It was simple and easy!! I really appreciate them doing that. Appreciate the great customer service!
