Their new service manager, Martin went the extra mile to provide quality service and made sure my family and I got a properly functioning HVAC unit. Our first interaction with Petrocelli Services was about two decades ago. Joe and his technician clearly knew their trade extremely well and were both straight forward and completely honest with us. We have since purchased two AC units from them. My latest interaction was with Gregory, who diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor for us this summer. Gregory was thorough, professional, and clearly knew his trade well too. It is nice to see that Joe and his technicians/staff have kept up the high standards they set for us many years ago.
