Pet Specialists of Austin provides caring and professional specialty veterinary care. Their staff is friendly and considerate, making a difficult time as good as it can be. They are experienced in handling a range of cases, from spinal injuries to surgery, and have a team of highly educated and precise specialists. The hospital's caring and understanding staff are dedicated to helping pets recover well and return home. The entire team at PSA is amazing with knowledge, compassion, dedication, and hard work. They saved our dog's life. The people at the front desk were kind, patient and uplifting. The communication across the entire week was great. The people who work here have the biggest hearts and know what they’re doing. They treat pets with so much love. The entire staff was attentive, professional, and informative. They are highly recommended for anyone needing specialty veterinary care.
We have officially been a patient of Dr Sheppard’s (oncology) for a little over a year. When our dog was diagnosed with a primary lung tumor we had no idea where to turn or what to do - we called every vet from San Antonio to Little Rock, AR trying to get him in to see an oncologist. Dr Sheppard and Pet Specialists of Austin came highly recommended. They got us in quickly and have been nothing but amazing. We are SO THANKFUL for Dr Sheppard and her team and ALL of the staff here.
