The staff were direct and efficient, and my dog’s issue was handled without unnecessary extras. For what you pay, the experience is solid and far more affordable than the other clinics I researched. My dog wasn’t manhandled, the front staff got me in right away, and they answered all my questions. They also have a Valpak coupon, but even without it, I’d recommend this place. I’ll be using them again.

I’m so grateful for this place! They took care of one of my feral cats when he had an infected wound. They were really flexible with scheduling (I had a hard time trapping him) and were able to get him in same day. The vet tech and front desk employee were so kind and helpful with instructions on how to care for him while he recovered. They even had me email photos so they could track his healing without having to bring him in again. He is now happy and healthy! Their prices were very reasonable, and I was also able to use a “community cats” voucher from Austin Animal Center to offset some of the cost. Love this place. Everyone is nice and friendly. Doctor is great with our bird and very affordable.
I feel he has saved her after getting caught in a door.
