    I think I have posted maybe three 1-Star reviews ever on Google and I hate that I'm even doing this now... Our organization has spent thousands annually over the past 3 years on Personify products particularly MCTrade / MemberClicks, and the level of customer service we've received has been unacceptable. Communication is slow, support is rigid and inflexible, and getting a simple issue resolved often turns into a drawn-out process with no accountability.

    The most frustrating part? When we raised concerns, MemberClicks compared our account to Netflix and Spotify, as if a B2B organization spending thousands a year should expect the same level... read full review

    My company signed up for MC Trade, Community, and Classroom. Our experience seemed fine early on, but has become a daily chore for my team when they get to the office their day begins by signing on to the chat to make sure that they are in queue for the previous day's issues. Tickets opened and sent to ""Level Two". We have and continue to lose money through billing limitations and issues from MC Trade. I am close to unwinding everything, which will create more chaos, but feel I am running out of options. I am beyond frustrated.

    Trying to do business with this company has been absolutely horrible. They don't even have a phone number to call, not on their website nor from any of their sales people. They took away our registration software during a switch to a new platform and failed to inform us. Getting support is only through email and they are slow to respond. I am incredibly disappointed with our decision to use Personify Corp and would recommend finding another business to work with.
