The practice has a calming atmosphere, with a dedicated waiting room area for dogs and a separate, enclosed area for cats. Clients have praised the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are commended for their patient communication style and ability to address client concerns thoroughly. Despite the positive aspects, some clients have noted that the experience can feel chaotic, with a lot of waiting and multiple staff members coming and going from the exam room. Nonetheless, the practice is described as a warm and friendly environment where clients feel their pets are well-cared for.
Cannot recommend this practice enough. There are other vets in the area who will offer free exams in exchange for a 5 star review - Paz doesn’t need to do that because they truly earn those reviews through their excellent patient (and owner) care and great facilities. Thank you for taking such good care of my (difficult) kitties! The expertise and patience we get here are so appreciated.
Love it love it love it. I’ve been going to Paz for about 9 years. The last 7 at this location. I specifically love Dr Thompson. She was incredible when I had to say goodbye to my senior poodle.

Visited for the first time this week after my senior cat began coughing. Her health problem is more serious than the cough which I learned at my visit.
Despite this being an incredibly sad update for me, I have been so throughly impressed by how Dr. Dedhia and staff talked me through the information, the compassion they have shown, the genuine empathy I felt, the urgency to get me answers, and their offers of knowledgeable support.
Hard pet decisions are brutal, but I feel so much more at ease and free to go through the emotions with this team.
