Had a really nice associate help me find the exact balloons I needed. The store is what it is. I’d call ahead if I were looking for a specific product, as shelves were somewhat empty
They must have remodeled recently because this is the nicest Party City I've seen lol. Bright, clean, and well-organized. Staff was super attentive as well, asking if I needed help and opening additional registers when the line started to build up.I do wish Party City carried "goodbye party/farewell" decorations, but when I called ahead to ask, they recommended I use solid colors and I was able to find enough to make it work.
I shop at this party city often for costumes and what not but was pleasantly surprised when I came for my Halloween costume. I found a costume in my size online they said the store had it in stock. I went through the aisles, looked at the costume and noticed my size wasn't there. I went to the front and asked about it, and they told me to go to the costume section on the farthest back aisle. To my surprise, the whole wall was filled with costumes and a person specifically to help you get that costume. I told her the costume and my size and she told me to follow the footprints to the costume pick up where I would receive and be able to try my costume on. Soon enough the costume pick up person came back on my costume 3/4x! That's very rare to find in stores plus size costumes. The dressing room is not really a room at all just mirrors and you can try the costume over your clothes which I did and I liked it so I went to purchase. Unfortunately the store does not price match what is on the website so I ended up paying almost $20 more than I had expected. However finding a plus size costume in stores that is larger than a 2X is such a rare occurrence that I didn't even care it was just happy to be included and have things available for me. Fantastic job they're doing here!
