Tried palm beach tanning for the first time snd Sheri, oliver & Brianna were so helpful helping me figure out a package the works with me the best! They have been great with suggesting how to build your base tan safely and protecting my skin with hydrating face serums! Also LOVE the red light therapy, for someone that struggles with acne, my skin and face has never looked better from only 5 sessions!!

I want to specifically leave a review for Nicole who was working around 6:00pm today. I walked in with headphones on and couldn't hear what was happening at first, however when I took them out, I noticed a woman yelling at her and berating her over a billing issue. Nicole was very calm and trying to explain to her the problem and a solution, however she was met with continued disrespect and interruption. In college, I worked at a tanning franchise, and I could tell that Nicole was super knowledgeable about what she was telling her. The problem was and Nicole remained extremely respectful. She was in there by herself and doing a great job of staying on top of cleaning the beds and checking people in, all while being yelled at by a customer. I stepped in and told the woman that she was out of line and disrespectful and that treating staff in this way is reprehensible. I let Nicole know that I was impressed with her. I want to leave this review so that Nicole's managers know how great of a job she is doing!!

camrynn williams was amazing she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and sold me a great bottle of tan lotion thatbi am very happy with..she has a great outgoing positive outlook and im sure will prove to be an asset to this company...
