After having 3 other companies come out and explain to me what was happening with my home's foundation and having 3 different evaluations, I called Olshan.
Jared came out and did his evaluation and explained to me everything that i needed and why the conflicting stories..
He went over what was necessary to have done and what was unnecessary, which brought clarity to me in regards to my foundation issues. I appreciate that this company has been in business for 90 plus yrs with all their guarantees and transferable warranties they have.

The Project is complete and we're waiting on the engineer company to come out and do their final evaluation.

Response to our inquiry was prompt, site survey and recommendations were timely and clear. Construction crew, Juan, Rodrigo, Salvador, Gaido and Hector, supervised by Josue Bonilla, arrived on time, worked steadily and completed the task in 9 hours. Josue kept us informed every step of the way, provided photos, answered questions, and assured quality control all day. The project was completed to our complete satisfaction. Hats off to Josue and Olshan. Excellent value for money.
