My pup, Mona has been going to Northwest Austin vet since we rescued her 4 years ago. They have always given her so much love from the time she gets there to the time she leaves. They make sure she is comfortable and not scared before proceeding with any tests. She has been boarded there a couple times while we were out of town. They gave me plenty of updates if I need them on how she was doing and took her out multiple times a day for bathroom breaks and to play. I defiantly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone who wants their animals to be treated right.
Great vets and vet techs and office staff. Was using them when working with rescue group and now I bring my rescue failures here. Vets always take the time to let you ask questions and they are very good with my two adoptions which can be difficult given their situation. I would highly recommend them to any animal lover who wants the best care for their pets.
This clinic is so great from the minute you walk in. The front desk is always so welcoming and I appreciate the techs patience with not only our pets but the owners as well! Love this clinic and can’t praise them enough.
