Before I started working with Rhys I was having terrible shoulder pain, a result of spending my hours at a desk everyday. After working with him, both via massage and targeted exercise training, I’ve not only recovered, but my strength and mobility is better than it’s ever been! Rhys focus on mobility in training and deep muscular release in massage is truly the best support for my physical health I’ve ever had!
I’ve been working with Rhys for over a year now, and I genuinely have nothing but great things to say. He’s extremely knowledgeable, highly attentive, and consistently meets you exactly where you’re at—whether that’s training, recovery, or understanding what your body actually needs in the moment.

Booked a 2hr session on the site and I would rate this very high. Rhys is extremely knowledgeable and his attention to detail is some of the best I’ve felt in all my travels. This is not your Massage Envy or mall kiosk massage; not that those massages don’t feel good or provide utility. This is a massage to heal your active athletic body and mind, so you can keep being active, athletic, or on the move.
