I would never recommend this company to anybody. I used them for about two years and cancelled my service roughly three years ago because the customer service was atrocious. They still harass me non-stop. No matter what I do, they will not stop texting and emailing me. I have asked them to stop so many times I can't even keep track. I have sent them their own responses saying that they won't contact me anymore, then a week later they are sending more emails and texts. I just want them to leave me alone but they won't stop stalking me. I wish I could get a protective order from a company.

If I could rate zero stars I could. I’ve never had an experience with a yard/mowing company like this. Don’t waste your money. If there is one piece of “dog waste” in your yard they will just mow around it and leave the grass long. Absolutely ridiculous

First timer. Nobody showed up with the first pro. Had to ask support to fix it. Pro came a few days later. Grass is cut. The mobile app locks you out of the ability to cancel after one cut. Thankfully it's not completely outside the realm of understanding for them when you're about to move out and you just need the grass cut one time. Not sure how in the heck I signed up and missed this required three cuts thing. They should have just charged me for three if they needed the money like that.
