Too bad there is not a 3.5 rating. The staff gets a 6, they are amazing! The room gets a 2.5 (the rooms are very small, there is only one comfortable chair to lounge, the TV is older so you're not able to connect your laptop hdmi without taking the TV off the wall, for example) and the old bathroom style (no glass walk in shower and the toilet area is very small, so small that I accidentally bumped the picture that was directly to the side of the toilet with my shoulder and it fell to the floor, for example.) Spent the day at the spa. I was underwhelmed by the food, the service that I got, the customer service. I would not return, not worth the price. Also, they include a 23% gratuity and they told us the service provider gets 15%. When I asked where the rest go the tip goes, they didn’t know.

The good:Beautiful groundsFriendly staffRestaurant on site/food comes with day packagesThe bad:At these prices it would have been nice for them to inform us that the sauna and steam room were not working, since those are part of the packagesAlso, I feel like it would be nice to receive a free champagne or a mimosa as most other spas (and hotels do) upon arrival. Even most nail places do this when you first enter. For a place of this caliber they might secret shop their competitors to stay on top of the excellent competition.I would still give it four stars due to the friendly staff and the grounds.
